Winter is here! Celebrate Halloween at Kansas City's BIGGEST Halloween party, Winter is here!, at the Kansas City Live Block in the Kansas City Power & Light District on Saturday, October 28th. Featuring 12 parties in one location and the biggest costume contest with $15,000 in cash & prizes! The party is FREE to attend! Ages 21+ only.
