Portions of Westport Road and Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed on Saturday, March 17th to make room for outdoor beer gardens & sidewalk cafes, featuring food & drink specials and live entertainment. The parade begins at 11am, but may businesses will be open before the parade to get your celebration started.
