This childbirth classes covers the mechanics of the labor and birth process and is meant to be taken upon your completion of the Gift of Motherhood online education class.

This is not a Lamaze class, but time will be spent learning breathing/relaxation techniques as well as comfort measures and the role of the coach.
A guided tour of The Birthing Center occurs after the class has ended, so please allow an additional 30-40 minutes for the tour.
