6th Annual Dia de los Muertos/Day of the Dead Celebration Sunday, October 20 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Kessler Park at Scarritt Point (parkland just west of the Kansas City Museum at 3218 Gladstone Blvd.)
FREE to attend, all ages welcome!
Bring a picnic and enjoy the park and #KC City view
*please note N. Indiana Ave. will be closed through traffic*
Presented in partnership with the Mattie Rhodes Center, this annual celebration at the Kansas City Museum explores the history and cultural traditions of Día de los Muertos! Enjoy the following free activities: live music by Mundo Nouvo, puppetry by StoneLion Puppet Theatre, children’s arts and crafts, and a fashion show by Giselle's Bridal KC and performance by Zouk Choreography!
Guests are also welcomed to participate in a community alter installation.
Handmade sugar skulls from California will be available for purchase for $3 per sugar skull with glitter, sequins, and feathers available for decoration.
Food trucks will on site from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. selling food:
