Tickets are PER car, one $20 ticket gets you a parking spot behind our building, that means on the EAST side!
You must arrive before the police close off the street at 10 am to park your car! The parade blocks off Broadway, head towards the Arts Bar from the east and travel westward down 36th Street to access our northern entrance to the parking lot. Tickets non-refundable.
