Legendary rock group Foreigner will be joined by special guests Whitesnake and Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening on the U.S. tour, which stops at Starlight Theatre on Tuesday, July 17.

“I’m excited to join forces with my fellow U.K. countrymen, David Coverdale and Jason Bonham, for what’s sure to be a rockin’ summer tour in the states,” said Mick Jones, Foreigner founding member and lead guitarist.

Since the 1977 release of their first hit single, “Feels Like the First Time,” and self-titled debut album on Atlantic Records, Foreigner has been universally hailed as one of the world’s most popular rock bands. With 10 multi-platinum albums, 16 Top-30 hits and worldwide album sales of 75 million, Foreigner has captivated audiences with classic power ballads for more than 40 years. Foreigner continues to sell out shows and introduce new generations of fans to the memorable sounds of their rock era, including such enduring hits as “Juke Box Hero,” “Feels Like the First Time,” “Urgent” and many more.

Foreigner recently released a celebratory 40th anniversary album that features 40 tracks tracing their distinguished career. 40 includes original hits and several tracks from the band’s current lineup with Kelly Hansen on vocals.

Joining Foreigner on tour is Whitesnake, founded in 1978 by former Deep Purple singer David Coverdale. The band is currently celebrating the 30th anniversary of their 1987 self-titled multi-platinum album, as well as multiple Top 10 hits worldwide, including No. 1 hit singles “Here I Go Again” and “Is This Love.” The band also is recording a new studio album, tentatively titled Flesh & Blood.

And, following his participation in Foreigner’s 40th Anniversary Tour last summer, which included an August night at Starlight, drummer Jason Bonham returns to open each performance. Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening celebrates one of music’s most iconic bands while also paying tribute to the life of his late father, Led Zeppelin’s original drummer Jo
