Brothers, are co-owners of Em Chamas Brazilian Grill. Sam has over thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry; Nick with twenty plus. Prior to opening Em Chamas, Sam helped open and manage restaurants in The Kansas City area. Nick had worked in restaurants since he was 16 and has sense become restaurateur and firefighter. Equipped with the know-how and the desire to open a new restaurant, Sam began researching ideas for a new concept. He traveled to Argentina where he fell in love with The Brazilian Steakhouse concept. With an emphasis on quality and service, Em Chamas Brazilian opened in The Tulleries Plaza in February, 2007. "Providing exceptional meals, unmatched service and careful attention to detail proved to be successful for our restaurant family,” said Sam Silvio. In fact, so successful they recently opened a second restaurant in downtown St. Joeseph, Missouri. Silvio adds "we're excited to grow, and share this unique experience with a new community.”
