The two original partners parted ways, and Ben Hernandez opened the popular Brookside location in 1995. Ben Hernandez runs the restaurant to this day with his son by his side and is proud to have served generations of Peppers. We focus on FRESH, daily ingredients and boast a wide variety of offerings.
