Dirty Red' Barbecue is a business i've been blessed to start in 2010. I take great pride in the BBQ I produce. All of our meat will marinade for the minimum of 24hr. I strive to make sure that our BBQ will be the best you will ever taste. I've studied how, when and were BBQ originated. I use the old fashion techniques with the present spices and flavors.
