All of our products are made from natural products*, We don't add preservatives, coloring, or "natural favor” Aka: MSG. So what's in the jar Fruit, sugar, pectin (apple derivative) and various blends of spices (depending on the recipe), and minimal water needed for cooking. (*stevia does have to have an additive: Maltodextrin, which is out of our control, but stevia is a plant based sugar sub.)
