Description

In 1964, a guy named Bill decided to open the Broadway Deli in Kansas City, Missouri. It took Bill 54 years to find the right location, perfect the menu and put up a very nice sign. That seems like a long time, but Bill wanted to do it right. Which is why he partnered with another guy, named Manny, who started that famous Jewish deli in Chicago known as Manny’s Cafeteria and Delicatessen. A lot of the delicious meats, cheeses and slices of bread on this menu come from the Manny’s Deli menu. Little touches like that are why this stuff tastes so good. Also, it’s why this dream took so long. The pyramids might have been built faster. But here we are. And more importantly, here you are, at the Broadway Deli.
