Freshwater KC

Farmers and their goods are a part of the fabric of this community, and by serving dishes made with ingredients sourced from KC growers, we intend to become a part of that fabric, bringing warmth and color to the city we love. We recently opened, and our name speaks to both our desire to be a cornerstone of our neighborhood, and the locally sourced freshwater fish on our menu. Chef Calvin Davis, a KC native, studied in New York and worked in New Orleans before returning to his hometown to open up his dream restaurant. In true Chef Calvin style, we're keeping things simple yet elegant. We invite you to join our intimate fine dining experience.
