The Riverside Food Truck Court was designed to provide additional food options within the City of Riverside, MO. Riverside's daytime population swells to over 10,000 and the number is only getting larger as the 700 acre Horizons Business Park continues to be built out. Nearly 3,000 workers are located within 1/2 mile of the court. This doesn't include all the hungry construction workers working on the many building projects near by.
