Zócalo Mexican Cuisine & Tequileria, located on Kansas City's famed Country Club Plaza, focuses on fresh salads, tacos, enchiladas, entrees, and desserts inspired by the Cal-Mex style of cooking and features only 100 percent blue agave tequilas.
Established by restaurateur Chris Ridler, the menu is full of fresh cuisine crafted with a combination of imported and local, simple, unaltered ingredients such as heirloom beans and fresh, corn tortillas to create a menu unique to the Kansas City dining scene.
The 5400 square-foot restaurant houses a large open bar area with more than 60 tequilas crafted with 100 percent blue agave used to create handcrafted cocktails.
Zócalo also offers a weekend brunch menu available on both Saturdays and Sundays, and a weekday (Monday – Friday) happy hour menu that is offered from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.
