Martin City Brewing Company was started because, like so many other craft beer drinkers in Kansas City, I was thirsty for something new. I wanted beer that was bigger, bolder and preferably local.

We have an affinity for Belgian beer and that means we’re creative. Influenced over the years by the many invaders and occupiers who came through their land, the Belgians borrowed what they liked and tossed what they didn’t.
