As Kansas City's LGBTQIA+ community center, we are committed to providing reliable, affirming resources, enriching education and programs, and a welcoming community for queer people in the Kansas City area. Our board members volunteer their time to help us fulfill our purpose, alongside our paid employee. We have support groups, social programs, volunteer opportunities, and special events throughout the year, such as an annual prom for queer teens. We would love to support you, talk to you about how to be a great ally to your LGBTQIA+ loved ones, and provide referrals to affirming resources in the metro area, such as therapists, salons, health care, churches, and art galleries. We work towards a liberated future, where people of all genders and sexualities live with safety, power, and dignity.
