Cave Spring Park

One of the best Park in Kansas City, Missouri
Notice - The Gates are shut at 6pm and any cars inside will be spending the night. Please plan accordingly.
We are a 39 acre Jackson County Park that has all year round hiking trails (4 miles of winding up easy). We also have a kids play area. We are open from dawn till dusk every day. We allow dogs, on leashes. We can rent out the pavilion and interpretive center. We offer free overnight camping to scout groups.
The cave is a real cave but was sealed back in the 70's for safety issues. You can only go back into it about 8 feet. The chimneys are the remains of a masonic resort from the early 1900s. Tip: Cascades and hedge tree are great photo places.
