Across America, the new Poor People’s Campaign is organizing Poor People’s Hearings to magnify the voices of the poor, low-wage workers, and faith leaders to combat the four evils of racism, economic exploitation, militarism, and environmental destruction
Event Details
Elected leaders and those runing for office will join us. They will hear the voices of poor people who have traditionally lacked a voice in the election. We come together with Rev. William Barber and Rev. Liz Theoharis, the Poor People’s Campaign co-chairs, to grow our multiracial movement in the streets and translate it into an electoral movement at the ballot box. Join us as we breathe hope into tomorrow through our collective action today!
