Pork Wiener Schnitzel
Tender pork cutlet (4oz) pounded flat, lightly pan-fried and topped with a wholegrain mustard cream sauce. Served with lemon-chive spaetzle and broccoli.

Tender pieces of steak simmered in a rich beef and mushroom sauce. Served over egg noodles and topped with sour cream and green onions.
